Prepared & Focused

Starting some of my cold-weather cut flowers this week
Nothing tests your motivation like starting seeds while there’s still snow on the ground and the weather can’t decide if it wants to be spring or winter. But this year feels different than last year.
I’m more prepared. More focused. And instead of planting everything at once and hoping it all comes up perfectly, I’m choosing a few flowers to really learn, grow, and understand well.
Sometimes growth isn’t about doing more — it’s about slowing down enough to be intentional with what’s in front of you.
Even when the ground still looks cold, there’s work happening beneath the surface — and I’m trusting the process one tray at a time.
